Perfect lunch - Lentil with vegetables ;-)










Why perfect?

1.      Yummy :-D
2.      Healthy ;-)
3.      Easy to make :-P

Serve this with fresh vegetables or a salad and with some proteins (cheese, eggs, meat, and fish)
 The rest is here for you to see and why not maybe cook it : 
  •         Boil the lintel for 10 minutes in a separate pot and then wash it with some cold water ( that way the ammonia will be washed and the food will be better/ healthy)

  •       Use the vegetables you have in the fridge, I used some : red and green pepper, one small onion, one carrot, ½ zucchini, one small tomato.
  •          Put a table spoon of olive oil in a pot and then put the vegetables.
  •        After 3-4 minutes put the tomato and add some water ( 300 ml).
  •         Do not be afraid to use lot’s of greenery ( I used parsley and basil)
         Add the lentil and let them boil together until the water vanish.
