The rest is here for you to see and why not maybe cook it :
- Boil the lintel for 10 minutes in a separate pot and then wash it with some cold water ( that way the ammonia will be washed and the food will be better/ healthy)
- Use the vegetables you have in the fridge, I used some : red and green pepper, one small onion, one carrot, ½ zucchini, one small tomato.
- Put a table spoon of olive oil in a pot and then put the vegetables.
- After 3-4 minutes put the tomato and add some water ( 300 ml).
- Do not be afraid to use lot’s of greenery ( I used parsley and basil)
