The food is ready...for you to see.
So, it begins:- Shrimps 200-300 grams
- All kind of vegetables (what you can find in the fridge) I found some: carrots, red and green pepper, a fresh onion and some cauliflower.
- Garlic, dill and some spices for a better taste
- Put some olive oil in a pan ( not much, just a table spoon)
- Integral pasta, any kind...I used penne from Barilla
- Put everything in the pan( some chopped garlic, the vegetables, and after 2 minutes the shims)
- After 5 minutes put some tomato sauce, I used some “Base for Bolognese" also from Barilla (this is for lazy people :-)) you can also make you own (use some fresh tomatoes with a lot of spices-easy I know, but not when is Sunday and you feel like sleeping...
- Let them cook for 7 minutes and the in the end, before you turn off the fire put some more garlic
- After the pasta are ready put them in the pan next to the sauce, mix them together.
- Enjoy:)!!! I now we did :-))
