Hey,
You know that it is good for
you to have a light dinner (does not make you fat and that's healthy for
you).
So, you have to eat Proteins (cheese, meat, eggs- but this are no recomandated
in the evening) and vegetables – all you can eat.
But it's also good to make it fast
;-) so that you have time for others things that you like (Facebook for example
:-)).
So, for today we have a healthy,
light and easy to make dinner: Vegetables Salad ;-)
- 1 or 2 tomatoes, 2-3 cucumbers, 2 fresh onions
- 8-10 olive
- cottage cheese ( 3-5 % fat)
- Mix them together and...
