Home made bread...
Delicious and healthy :)
We all know how important is the bread in our alimentation because it contains lot's of fibers (more info here: http://www.cookingbread.com/articles/high_fiber_article.html) and vitamins.
Home made bread (from whole-wheat (5 big spoons) and white flour (2 spoons) with any seeds you prefer, I use sunflower seeds and flaxseeds and hot water and ferment.
Put them together and mix them until it become a dough. Leave it to grow in a warm place and then put it in the oven and leave it there for 40-45 min.
Enjoy the healthy bread with some light cheese and maybe some butter :).
