So, you have to boil them for a while, because they loose ammonia and they became healthier and they do not make u fat :).
Do not leave them too much to boil...put them in a bowl and add spices: basil, rosemary, chill, thyme...or the one that u like, add a table spoon of olive oil, mix them and put the in a tray.
Put the in an oven, leave them for 15-20 minutes and enjoy them...
