Peppers filled rice
Chop some fresh or normal onion, some carrots and any other vegetables that u have in the fridge ( for the rice base)...Put them in a pan with some olive oil and let the cook for 3-4 minutes..Add the rice, add water and tomato sauce (you can also add mushrooms or soy).and let them boil...After the water is vanish...let them cool for a while and after that fill the peppers with the rice...Cut a tomato in round slices..and use it like a cap for the pepper...Put the peppers in a pot, add water and let them boil until the water vanish...
Serve them with creammm :)!
