Chinese style ;)

Rice with vegetable- Chinese style


Rice- boil the rice in salt water (you know by now -for one cup of rice you need 3 cups of water) and after is boiled wash the rice with cold water (this way it will lose starch and it will be more healthy)

Use any vegetables that you have in the fridge or better use the one that you like :-)...I used some: mushrooms, red onion, pepper, carrot, zucchini and some cauliflower.
Wash them, cut them (any way you want :)...and put them in a wok pan with a table spoon of olive oil...let them cook for 10-13 minutes and after that add some soya sauce and let the cook foar another 5-7 minutes.
After the vegetables are ready ( taste one ;-)  add the rice in the wok and mix them together.

This meal is healthy, easy to make and delicious!
